Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon will arrive in India on a five-day visit tomorrow. This will be President Rahmon’s sixth visit to the country. He will arrive at the Cochin International airport and will meet the Prime Minister Modi on the 17th of December. The two leaders will hold talks on a number of bilateral issues.
President Rahmon’s last state visit was in 2012 and since then, the two nations have developed a more cordial bilateral long-term strategic relations.
The two leaders will intensively discuss political, economic, health, HRD, defence, counter-terrorism, science and technology, culture and tourism.
